1. Application:
This machine is mainly used for twisting seven core power cable with circular core section of 35-300mm2, and has the functions of filling and wrapping.
The whole machine is operated by human-computer interface color touch screen and designed by motor drive. The PLC is used to coordinate and manage the operation of the whole machine, such as start, stop, jog, etc., and ensure that the synchronization is consistent in various operation states, and the pitch error is not more than 3%. The whole machine has a wide range of pitch, advanced electronic control system, convenient operation and stable operation.

4. Electrical Control
- The unit adopts PLC for unified coordinated control and operation. Using a touch screen human-machine interface for operation. The electronic control system of the entire machine is advanced,
- The electrical cabinet is designed with good mechanical and dustproof performance, and is equipped with an appropriate amount of ventilation openings. The electrical power cabinet and control cabinet are set up and installed separately.
- The power supply is a three wire five phase system: 380V (± 10%) 50HZ.

- The unit is equipped with corresponding numbers at each operating position for easy operation.
- The electrical control part is composed of an operation cabinet, touch screen, etc., and each unit is equipped with corresponding emergency stop, jog, and easy to operate control buttons.
- Motor protection function: The electrical control circuit design includes phase loss, overload, and overheating protection functions to prevent motor damage.
- All drive motors are designed with encoders, and the encoder feedback operates in a closed-loop control system.
- Alarm fault information can be queried on the touch screen or Ethernet online, with alarm fault storage function. Historical operation information can be set to require personnel with management permissions to delete.
