Electrical control system
4.13.1 The main control cabinet is operated by touch screen PLC to coordinate and control the various parameter settings of each unit during the cable forming process, and can display the operating speed and parameters of each unit in real time, facilitating timely modification and adjustment of the operating parameters of each unit.
4.13.2. The power supply is a three wire five phase system 380V (± 10%) 50HZ
4.13.3. Working principle of electrical appliances: All driving motors are equipped with encoders, and the encoder feedback runs in the control system. The entire machine is controlled by PLC: the frequency converter, braking unit, air compressor, etc. complete the start-up, jog, normal parking and other operations, ensuring stable synchronization performance.
4.13.4. Safety protection: This machine has multiple safety protections, which can take corresponding protective measures in case of faults or situations that do not meet the normal operation of the equipment, and timely display the fault point on the screen of the main control cabinet, so that operators can make timely and accurate judgments and effective treatment plans.
