This machine is used for copper and aluminum stranding. Stranded round, compressed, compacted or sector conductors used in cable manufacturing or overhead conductors. Rigid stranded wire is an ideal machine for manufacturing large size conductors for low voltage/medium voltage/high voltage power cables and overhead conductors (AAC/AAAC/ACSR). For Bobbin Dia. 630mm to 710mm, with 45° automatic side or floor loading system and special systems adapted to customer needs. Configurations from 19 to 127 lines.
Equipped with constant tension control system and intelligent braking system:
By tracking (ultrasonicly) the length of wire wound on the spool, the length of wire remaining on the spool is detected and transmitted to the PLC. The PLC controls the air intake through the proportional valve to keep the wire tension constant with the remaining wire length. The two sets of brake discs are tension-controlled and released to ensure that the brake disc pressures are equal. The pneumatic braking system is controlled by an intelligent braking system. When the machine stops in an emergency, the speed signal of each car will be transmitted to the PLC through the sensor. The PLC will automatically calculate and provide different braking force to each car accordingly through the proportional valve. Then the different cages will stop synchronizing.
A conversion control system that guarantees a successful one-time loading:
The trolley is controlled by a frequency converter, and the running mode is slow-fast-slow, that is, the trolley starts slowly, moves slowly, and approaches the car slowly. It can make the car run smoothly, reliably and accurately. Mechanical and electrical positioning.
Electrical control system:
The synchronous control system of the separate electric stranding machine is different from other similar stranding machine systems from other manufacturers. All parameters are set on the touch screen for easy operation. All process parameters can be collected again. Unique professional and data acquisition systems ensure stable and reliable machine operation. The pitch accuracy is less than 3% during emergency stop of the line and less than 1% during normal stop (Profibus communication control).
